In 2021 Jay joined Broude & Hochberg, LLP as a Senior Attorney after 21 years at Fiduciary Trust Company, where he was a Vice President and member of the Legal Department. Prior to his employment at Fiduciary, Jay was a partner at Steffensen, Herman, McOsker & Doggett.
 

Jay assists clients on matters relating to estate, gift and tax planning, trust administration and estate settlement matters. He also coordinates the preparation and filing of estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns, as well as the sale of real estate by estates, trusts, LLCs, and Family Limited Partnerships.
