Ann P. Hochberg is a Partner of the firm and concentrates in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and has expertise in real estate, non-profit, and business law. Ms. Hochberg advises clients on estate and trust administration matters, including probate of wills, settling estates, real estate leasing, and creation of family partnerships and LLCs. She also serves as guardian ad litem in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts in the probate of wills, proceedings for arbitration or compromise by fiduciaries, as well as trust and estate accounting and settlement. Through her fiduciary practice, Ms. Hochberg also provides services in the area of shale gas leasing and related matters.
