Ann P. Hochberg is a Member of the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, non-profit and business law. She is qualified as a guardian ad litem in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts in the probate of wills, proceedings for arbitration or compromise by fiduciaries, as well as trust and estate accounting and settlement. She also provides clients with advice and trustee services on Marcellus shale gas leasing and related matters.

Ms. Hochberg received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College; a Master of Science degree in marine resource management from Oregon State University, School of Oceanography, during which time she served as a National Sea Grant Fellow with the United States Congress; and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Ms. Hochberg became a member of the Massachusetts bar and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts in 1988.

She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Boston Bar Association and the Probate Law Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves as an Overseer at the New England Aquarium.
